High school student Hayakawa Shuichiro has given up his beloved music and closed his heart due to a past incident. Sometimes, to fill that void, he sleeps with anyone. But one day, when he is still not satisfied and is overcome with a suffocating pain, Hayakawa heads to the roof of the school building. In this deserted place where the sky and the sea blend beautifully together, he is able to naturally hum the music he thought he had abandoned. On the roof, he meets his classmate Konno Ryohei. Hayakawa is strongly attracted to Konno, who is unsociable but faces his beloved camera head-on. However, at the same time, he compares himself to Konno, who is completely unwavering in his favorite things and dreams, and he begins to feel helpless jealousy and inferiority. Hayakawa, overwhelmed by his complicated emotions, blurts out his uncontrollable feelings. Since that day, their relationship has changed from friendship to something else.
